Prices and Appointments - Terms and Conditions
Hypnotherapy Hypnosis reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this T&C’s Agreement each time you view and use the Website. You are accordingly advised to consult the T&C’s Agreement each time you view and use the Website. Do not use the Website if you do not agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions.
When we schedule an appointment for you, we deem that scheduled appointment as a definite booking and as such we will be investing individualized preparation time prior to your appointment, in order to give you tailor-made treatment. Although standard techniques are employed, there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all’ therapy we have created that time personally for you.
To secure the appointment a bank deposit to our nominated account for $50 is required, we cannot confirm appointments until the deposit is received.
You have up until 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled appointment to cancel or change the appointment otherwise we reserve the right to retain the FULL cost of the session.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment you will need to make those alterations at least 2 BUSINESS days in advance (Mon-Sat 9am-5.00pm Australia Brisbane time).
o So, if your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to cancel it on the Friday before during business hours. If it is on a Tuesday, you will need to cancel the Saturday before during business hours and so on.
Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 business days) hours in advance will result in incurring the charge of the FULL rate for that session. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be deducted from bank deposit. No exceptions.
For urgent/last minute appointments made within the 48 hours (2 business days) period then the fee required for that appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking the appointment and is non-refundable. No Exceptions.
In the instance of a friends or family multiple party booking, where two or more sessions are booked on the same day and result in a late cancellation or in not showing up for the sessions this will result in incurring the charge of the FULL rate for those sessions, No exceptions.
You have up until 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled appointment to cancel or change the appointment otherwise we reserve the right to forfeit the session.
Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 business hours in advance) will result in losing that session and any deposits held. In re-booking the missed or late cancelled session, the session will have to be paid for in advance, at the rate of that missed session.
Payment: Priority 1 Hypnotherapy will accept bank deposits and this will need to be actioned and fees transferred into account during initial booking and not sessions will be actioned or confirmed until fees have been received into nominated bank account.
