About David Beard

David has been on a journey of discovery, spiritual growth and interests in alternate therapies for many years and has tried and tested a vast array of these.

During David’s life, he has embraced a number professions including Military (Navy and Army), Security, Personal Training and Private Detective and uses these past experiences to assist with understanding clients that may experience similar issues as well.

David loves embracing his vast knowledge and sharing this with others via providing insight into how hypnotherapy works and then assisting clients on a personal journey to self fulfilment, discovery and happiness.

As a hypnotherapist David believes that you can guide a person and show them how to achieve and change their life and habits, but ultimately the person needs to be willing and accepting of this change for therapy to work.

David has personally been through a lot of issues and stresses throughout his career and life and is empathetic and understanding of all these issues and has been for many years actively growing and self-healing. David will not judge or stereotype any clients, but will support, assist, inspire and help you.

David uses hypnotherapy to open up the subconscious mind and see what is causing unwanted emotional and behavior issues. David will guide you through processes that you can action daily to break habits, make healthier choices against old bad habits. David will individualize a hypnotherapy session that is for you as David knows “one size does not fit all”
