Insecurity is the feeling of not being good enough (inadequacy) and uncertainly. these feelings can produce fear and anxiety about your goal’s, relationships and ability to handle yourself in certain situations. Most people deal with insecurity/insecurities from time to time and it can appear in all facets of your life and come in a variety of causes

Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand and you won’t get 1 session and feel great and amazing. It isn’t something that works overnight. It takes time for the subconscious mind to change. This mean you need to give hypnotherapy a chance to work. How long will vary from person to person, some may find it works quicker and others longer. Unfortunately, hypnotherapy doesn’t not work for everyone.
