We offer several different options of weight loss programs.

1.The first option is for those who only want to drop a few kilos in weight. Perhaps they are already going to the gym, but not quite able to get to their goal or feel that something is holding them back.

2. The second option is for those whose need is weights loss and additional motivation/training for these clients, the Hypnotherapy and Personal Training(Bootcamp) session may be more beneficial.

The number of sessions required for successful clinical hypnotherapy will vary according to your presenting issues or problems.

For best results with Panic Attacks, PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, Trauma, Depression, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Crohns Disease, IBS, Insomnia, Relationship Issues.

Often several sessions may be required to treat these issues permanently. Because of this we offer discounted package sessions (phone to enquire as to current special price).

We offer you 4-session programs which includes Coaching and Hypnosis that can create a permanent change of your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and habits that will give you freedom, peace and self-confidence.

PACKAGE SPECIALS ONLY

You pay only one price and receive Hypnotherapy support for 3 months. You must attend two sessions held at least a week apart. If you feel tempted to go back to old habits within 3 months from your last Hypnotherapy session, come back and see David for a support session at no extra cost.

The FREE back up sessions are only available when paying for the package special as detailed.

All packages balances are to be paid in full at the first session to take advantage of the discounts.
